Talbot implements the Positive Behavior Intervention System (PBIS) to create a positive learning environment and reduce student misbehavior. We have made great progress in implementing best practices in creating a safe, orderly, and supportive environment that supports student learning and achievement. School rules and expectations are visible and reinforce our commitment to improving behavior school-wide. Parents and community members are very important in partnering with school staff in promoting school expectations. It is the shared responsibility among students, parents and staff to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
