Social work services are available to Talbot students. The social worker may support a child who is showing difficulties in school with issues such as divorce, family concerns of substance abuse, domestic violence, grief, behavior, trauma, and other mental health concerns. While social work support does not tend to be direct clinical therapy, the social worker can help children and families get connected with therapy services, as well as any other needed outside of school support services such as case management, home-based services, assistance with basic needs, and more.
